The organising committee is pleased to announce the open call for poster video presentations at the 15th Annual HHL conference.
We are calling for video presentations to be submitted based on the themes aligned with the Conference: Last Mile Delivery; Sustainable Local Procurement; Health Supply Chain Capacity Development. The videos must be recorded and be no longer than 15 minutes. The organizing committee will group presentations into topic themes, and 2-3 different video presentations will be displayed consecutively within a 90-min session. The videos will be posted online where interested persons can ask questions or post comments. A typical presentation will describe the challenge and the solution implemented by a specific organization(s) and/or showcase new technology that has enabled improved aid delivery. There may be multiple presenters or footage of the project, but the group must conform to the allotted time. The presentations should not be geared at an academic audience, but should focus on collaboration with government and non-governmental organizations and have practical relevance.
Once the selection committee ensures all criteria are met, the posters will be available over the 2 day conference for viewing by registrants and online through the HHL website. Submissions will be accepted through Friday October 13 and accepted poster presentations will be notified within a week following submission (and by October 24). You may register for the conference before finding out your presentation status, if you prefer. Please contact us with any questions about submission.
Videos must be recorded and no longer than 15 minutes.
The Health and Humanitarian Conference series is organized each year by the Center for Health and Humanitarian Systems (CHHS) at Georgia Tech in partnership with INSEAD, MIT, and Northeastern University, with generous support from corporate and other organizational sponsors.
